Game based training boosts results for children with learning difficulties

A new game based training tool has proven effective in improving focus, attention spans, and social behaviours for younger children with learning difficulties.

It’s based on years of science and research at Monash University.

Five year old Jessica was diagnosed with ADHD.

Having completed the intensive 5 week training from Tali Health, her mother Pippa Pech says Jessica is now displaying greater numeracy, empathy and improvements in her overall behaviour at home and in the classroom.

Hannah Kirk is a Doctor in Developmental Neuroscience at Monash University and the inventor of the program.

She says ongoing research reveals positive outcomes in children dealing with autism, Down syndrome, and ADHD.

The program is free for children who qualify under the NDIS. This doesn’t include children with ADHD.
